1. Overview

By accessing or using Synth Studio’s services, you agree to these Terms & Services. These terms apply to all clients, collaborators, and users who engage in any project with us.

2. What We Provide

Synth Studio offers design and development services including:

• Web development (static, dynamic, dashboards, admin panels)
• App development (real-time apps, Firebase, authentication)
• Brand design and UI/UX
• Consultation and project planning

3. Payments

• 50% upfront payment is required for all projects.
• Remaining 50% is due on delivery before final files are handed over.
• No refunds once work has begun.

4. Revisions

Each project includes 1–2 rounds of revisions depending on the chosen package. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

5. Delivery & Timelines

Estimated delivery dates are provided at the start of the project but may vary depending on complexity, communication delays, or client-requested changes.

6. Ownership

• Clients own final delivered designs and code after full payment.
• Synth Studio retains rights to showcase work in portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

7. Prohibited Use

Clients may not resell, redistribute, or claim the internal code/design systems as their own product unless explicitly agreed.

8. Termination

We may refuse or terminate a project if requirements are unclear, disrespect is shown, or any unethical requests are made.
